The Hotel Front Desk Manager position at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a vital leadership role within the hotel operations team. This on-site position requires the manager to interface extensively with guests, team members, and vendors, ensuring seamless front desk operations that align with the resort's commitment to Four Diamond guest service standards. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, the Front Desk Manager is responsible for managing the performance of the front desk team, overseeing scheduling, training, coaching, and enforcing compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The manager plays a critical role in motivating and inspiring the front desk team to deliver exceptional service that enhances guest satisfaction and loyalty.
