In addition to greeting and seating customers, you will assist in answering phones, processing To Go orders by taking, entering, and packaging them, as well as handling payments securely. Your role will also involve filling beverage orders and helping service staff by clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized environment. You will be entrusted with resolving customer complaints effectively as they arise and communicating any issues directly to management for prompt resolution. We are looking for candidates who can manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly, show attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards service. The position requires the ability to distinguish between different monetary denominations for handling cash transactions accurately and a sufficient level of mobility to navigate the work area comfortably.
