The role of Host/Hostess at The Bay Club Company is essential in setting the first and lasting impression on guests by warmly welcoming and efficiently seating them. In addition to greeting guests, the Host/Hostess is responsible for escorting guests to their tables, providing menus, communicating wait times, and accommodating special seating requests. The position demands excellent communication skills to answer phone inquiries, process payments, and collaborate closely with servers and management to ensure seamless service. Candidates should possess State Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, along with at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry.
