Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, managing reservation requests, maintaining an organized seating waitlist during peak hours, and efficiently directing guests to their tables. This role demands strong communication abilities, including phone etiquette for managing reservation calls and scheduling large party bookings. This position also requires physical stamina, as you will be expected to stand and walk throughout your shift.
