The position available is focused on being a front-of-house Ambassador of Hospitality, welcoming guests and customers warmly and ensuring their dining experience meets the highest standards of service and satisfaction. This role is crucial in orchestrating the flow of guests through the restaurant, from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave, maintaining order and a positive ambiance throughout. The employee will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for greeting patrons graciously, managing seating arrangements, coordinating reservations, and providing guests with pertinent information about the resort and the surrounding region. The role demands exceptional communication and public relations skills, an ability to work under pressure while maintaining patience and a friendly demeanor, and a thorough understanding of hospitality industry standards. Furthermore, the employee will ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, inspect table setups, and collaborate with wait staff to provide seamless service.
