In addition to the hourly wage, full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefit packages that encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance with manageable biweekly deductions depending on coverage options. Prospective employees must provide proof of a liquor license or submit evidence of having applied for one by their first day of work, as employment is contingent upon obtaining this license. The position available is focused on being a front-of-house Ambassador of Hospitality, welcoming guests and customers warmly and ensuring their dining experience meets the highest standards of service and satisfaction. This role is crucial in orchestrating the flow of guests through the restaurant, from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave, maintaining order and a positive ambiance throughout. The employee will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for greeting patrons graciously, managing seating arrangements, coordinating reservations, and providing guests with pertinent information about the resort and the surrounding region. The role demands exceptional communication and public relations skills, an ability to work under pressure while maintaining patience and a friendly demeanor, and a thorough understanding of hospitality industry standards. Furthermore, the employee will ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, inspect table setups, and collaborate with wait staff to provide seamless service. The position requires a professional appearance and grooming, a deep knowledge of the resort’s amenities and the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s history, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through attentive and courteous engagement. This role reports directly to Food and Beverage Management and operates within a team-oriented, climate-controlled restaurant environment ideally suited for an individual dedicated to fostering memorable and enjoyable dining experiences for every guest.
