Hosts at these locations play a vital role in managing reservations and walk-in guests, setting appropriate expectations, and enhancing the overall dining experience. The position offers a base pay plus tips, with averages around $22 per hour, emphasizing the importance of both service excellence and guest interaction. As a Host, you will also be responsible for providing cocktail service for guests during wait times, which enriches the guest experience and showcases the beverage program.
