The Host role at Miss Lucille's Cafe is a critical front-of-house position integral to the guest experience and overall restaurant operations. This part-time position offers an hourly pay ranging from $10.00 to $12.00 and requires availability during day shifts, weekends, and most holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. As a Host, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, greeting guests warmly and efficiently managing reservations and walk-in traffic. You will serve as the initial point of contact, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum age 18 years or older
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with others
• Ability to perform high-quality work with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of restaurant experience is a plus
• Availability to work day shifts, weekends, and most holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Open availability preferred
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 4-5 days a week
