We are currently seeking a Host to join our vibrant team. This role is vital as the first point of contact for guests arriving at our restaurant, responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their tables following established guest service and sustainability standards. The position demands a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the dining area. This role offers weekend and varied shift availability, providing flexibility for different schedules. The Host will play an essential role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining experience by coordinating seating arrangements and assisting with reservation management and special functions. They will work closely with restaurant and management teams to maintain effective communication through logbook entries and support service functions as needed. The role also involves maintaining dining room readiness, adhering strictly to sustainability guidelines under HHM's EarthView initiative, supporting the company’s commitment to environmentally conscious practices. Safety is a key component; thus, adherence to MSDS and OSHA standards, along with the use of protective safety equipment, is mandatory.
