The role of a Host at HHM Hotels is a critical position within the restaurant division, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, the Host’s duties include greeting guests, offering seating choices, escorting patrons to their tables, and presenting menus in accordance with established guest service standards. This role also involves maintaining the overall setup of the dining room, assisting with service as needed, and managing reservations and special functions to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Employment as a Host is an excellent entry point into the hospitality field, with clear growth opportunities including advancement to Food Server or Guest Service Agent, and subsequently to leadership roles such as Restaurant Supervisor or Front Office Supervisor.
