We are currently hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostess positions at P.F. Chang's. The Host or Hostess plays a critical role in delivering an excellent hospitality experience by efficiently managing the flow of the restaurant. This role is often the first and last point of contact for our guests, and therefore, it demands professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service skills. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests courteously, answering phones, seating guests, managing reservations, and taking basic food orders where necessary. In situations where there might be a wait time, they provide guests with accurate estimations and respond to any inquiries to ensure a positive experience. In addition to guest interaction, Hosts are expected to uphold strict sanitation and safety practices in designated areas including the front door, host desk, lobby, and crowd control zones, ensuring the restaurant maintains its high cleanliness standards. They learn the restaurant seating layout, understand how tables are divided among servers, and become familiar with the food delivery process. Hosts also assist with table setting and clearing according to P.F. Chang's specifications and learn to manage curbside and takeout orders efficiently. Each shift includes conduct of side-work duties to support smooth restaurant operations. No prior experience is required for this role as comprehensive paid training is provided. P.F.
