This role requires the ability to manage cash responsibly, handle phone orders efficiently, and maintain a poised and pleasant demeanor even during fast-paced service hours. Training is provided to ensure that each team member has the necessary knowledge and confidence to excel in their role. Candidates should be prepared for shifts that can last up to 8 hours with extensive standing and occasional lifting or moving of up to 15 pounds.
