Additionally, the Host position involves side-work duties necessary for each shift and learning the curbside pickup and takeout processes. While no previous experience is required to become a Host at P.F. Chang's, candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
