Chang's standards for safety and sanitation, taking care of cleanliness at the front door, host desk, and lobby area. Additionally, they learn the restaurant's seating layout, server zones, and contribute to table setting and clearing. This position requires someone who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team environment, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
