We are currently seeking energetic and poised Maitre d' / Greeter candidates to join our successful team. This part-time or full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected hospitality brand that values personal style, professionalism, and guest engagement. Compensation for this position includes a guaranteed fixed hourly rate ranging from $15.79 to $19.00 per hour, depending on prior experience, plus a portion of weekly tip share. Historically, tip share amounts range from $17 to $22 per hour, providing a total earning potential of approximately $32 to $41 per hour, although earnings may vary based on schedule and availability. Some weekend availability is required. As a Maitre d' / Greeter at Hillstone, you will be the essential first point of contact for guests, ensuring the highest standards of welcome and seating arrangements. Your role involves managing the flow of the restaurant's front of house, coordinating reservations when applicable, and maintaining clear communication with team members to ensure smooth operations. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle reservations and guest inquiries effectively. The ability to remain composed and maintain an elevated sense of personal style during busy service hours is crucial to success in this role.
