Our Host/Hostess position is a vital role and often the first point of contact guests experience as they enter our restaurants. This role requires a highly personable individual who embodies hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness to guest needs. Hosts and Hostesses are responsible for making every guest feel welcomed and valued with warm, friendly smiles and attentive service. The role entails greeting and escorting guests to their table promptly, maintaining an organized seating flow, answering questions about our restaurants and the airport, and accommodating guests with special needs or children. This position also involves presenting menus, suggesting food and drink options, and promptly communicating with servers and management regarding guest requirements or concerns. Additionally, Hosts and Hostesses help maintain the cleanliness and order of the dining area by clearing and resetting tables as guests move through courses. This position offers $17.00 per hour with open availability in the mornings required, providing flexibility and the opportunity for advancement within the company.
