The role of RN Hospice Administrator at Gentiva Hospice offers a rewarding opportunity for licensed Registered Nurses (RN) with strong leadership experience in hospice care, home health, or clinical operations management. This full-time position involves directing overall hospice branch operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards such as CMS, Medicare, and the Joint Commission. The RN Hospice Administrator is responsible for clinical oversight, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of hospice services while leading an interdisciplinary team that may include RN Clinical Managers, RNs, LPNs, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers. A key function is overseeing patient admissions and care planning to foster a smooth and efficient intake process. The role demands promoting a culture of excellence in hospice nursing, end-of-life care, and family support, along with conducting performance evaluations and managing workloads and employee concerns effectively. Additionally, the RN Hospice Administrator leads continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts and maintains survey readiness to uphold high standards in care delivery. Financial management aspects are critical, encompassing expense oversight, payroll, supply costs, and budget administration.   • Current RN license in the state of employment
