• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a food service course from a community college or college/university with a major in Institutional Administration or Food Science and Human Nutrition
• Work experience in supervising food production for six months to one year may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
• Minimum six months experience in a hospital or comparable institution as a food service supervisor
• Availability to work various 8-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
