We are currently seeking a Complimentary AM Attendant (Breakfast Attendant) to join our dedicated team and contribute to our mission of delivering an outstanding guest breakfast experience. The Complimentary AM Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that hotel guests enjoy a seamless and delightful breakfast experience. This position calls for a multitasker who excels at managing various duties simultaneously with a sharp eye for detail. The attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized dining area that aligns with our brand's standards of quality and hospitality. Duties include preparing and serving breakfast items and specialty beverages such as coffee and tea, all while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. The attendant will greet guests warmly, answering questions about our offerings and local attractions to enhance the overall guest experience. This role demands efficiency in setting up service areas, promptly clearing tables, replenishing buffet stations, and assisting other team members with tasks such as dishwashing and food restocking. The position also involves basic cashiering responsibilities, including closing checks, processing payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Physical stamina is essential, as the job requires standing for extended periods, lifting items weighing between 20 to 50 pounds, and engaging in activities that involve bending, reaching, and walking throughout the shift. Our Complimentary AM Attendants are also expected to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest needs.
