At Lennar, the Homebuyer Concierge plays a vital role within the Sales and Marketing department, serving as the primary point of contact for homebuyers from the initiation of escrow through to the closing process. This role demands professionalism, dependability, and excellent judgment while managing high volumes of data and communications. The Homebuyer Concierge facilitates all Salesforce Purchase Agreement milestones, ensures that sales files and documents are complete and compliant, and supports successful home closings. This position also involves assisting with administrative tasks and serving as backup for New Home Consultants when necessary. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential, as is the ability to provide frequent updates and photo communications to customers throughout their homebuying journey. With an hourly base pay range of $21.00 to $29.00, this role may also be eligible for bonuses and commissions, reflecting Lennar's commitment to rewarding top performers. • Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
• Real Estate License preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High-level customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Regular, in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours
• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing at least 25 pounds or less
• Finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment
• May operate a motor vehicle
