Aimbridge is currently looking to hire an experienced General Manager for the Holiday Inn El Paso West – Sunland Park, a premier hotel nestled in El Paso, Texas. This property offers guests a luxurious resort-style experience with well-appointed villas located conveniently near major shopping districts and numerous local attractions. The hotel boasts amenities such as plush bedding, flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, a secure and controlled-access environment, an on-site restaurant named Nine Hundred Bar & Grill serving locally sourced cuisine, and a range of facilities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, flexible meeting rooms, and event spaces.
The General Manager role at Aimbridge is pivotal, carrying full responsibility for the assigned property's operations. This includes optimizing financial performance by driving revenue and controlling expenses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, leading budget and sales initiatives, and consistently enhancing the overall guest experience.
