This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and serves as a key player in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving operational success, and leading the Food & Beverage team towards continued excellence. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across assigned outlets. The role also involves critical administrative duties such as managing payroll, budget oversight, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. A strong collaborative approach is essential, as the Assistant Manager works closely with other hotel departments to create seamless experiences for guests from arrival to departure.
