The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role is pivotal within Hyatt Regency DFW Airport’s Food & Beverage department, supporting the smooth operations and leadership of the food and beverage outlets mentioned above. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and serves as a key player in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving operational success, and leading the Food & Beverage team towards continued excellence. This role demands a blend of leadership, organizational prowess, and a passion for hospitality to ensure that Hyatt’s renowned brand standards and guest service quality are consistently maintained. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across assigned outlets. This includes managing staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring that team members are well-equipped to deliver exemplary service. The role also involves critical administrative duties such as managing payroll, budget oversight, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. A strong collaborative approach is essential, as the Assistant Manager works closely with other hotel departments to create seamless experiences for guests from arrival to departure. Continuous evaluation and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction are also major responsibilities of this role. • Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Proven leadership skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with new concept implementation a plus
