QSL Management is currently seeking a Server for The Blake at (Community Name), a position tailored for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to seniors. This role involves ensuring that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The Server will play an integral part in maintaining the luxurious and comforting atmosphere that The Blake promises by delivering prompt, attentive, and courteous service. Responsibilities include assisting in the bar and coffee shop as scheduled, guiding guests through menus with a thorough understanding of food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance in all dining areas. The Server also helps with meal preparation, stock levels, and special events, supporting the daily operations necessary to create exceptional dining moments. The position requires a caring individual with experience in food service or hospitality, complemented by knowledge of POS systems and an ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events. While the job offers hourly pay without tips, it comes with a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package after 60 days for full-time employees, promoting a supportive and rewarding work environment. • Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others and seniors
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• ServSafe certification if applicable by state requirements
• Food server or hospitality experience is required
• Bar card preferred if applicable to state requirements
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and prepare food which meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards
• Knowledge of a POS system preferred and e-menu preferred but not needed
• Able to be flexible and work a variety of shifts including holidays, weekends and for pre-planned special events
• Shifts are 6am to 10am, 11am to 2pm, 330pm to 7pm
• Hourly pay with no tips
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with staff and residents
