The role of Airside Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation is a key position that places employees at the forefront of the private aviation experience. The Airside Experience Specialist serves as the face of the private aviation terminal, delivering a service-first mindset that prioritizes guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating ground service equipment, performing aircraft ground services, and facilitating efficient airside operations in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires schedule flexibility, including working nights, weekends, and holidays, and demands the ability to thrive in outdoor environments near active aircraft under varying weather conditions. This dynamic position involves collaboration with team members, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet and exceed service expectations. Duties encompass a wide range of services such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory servicing, ground power and potable water provision, parking assistance, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing. The specialist is expected to proactively prepare for aircraft arrivals and departures, identify and perform open taskings, and address any safety concerns immediately. The role also requires maintaining safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations, managing fuel handling and quality control, adhering to all operational and safety protocols, and enforcing airport and company security measures. Successful candidates for this position possess excellent guest service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills. The position demands physical ability to operate various ground support vehicles and equipment safely while performing tasks at elevated heights. Additionally, the specialist must pass company background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment. • minimum of 18 years of age

• meet airport background check requirements to maintain airport security badge
