The Busser position within Fearless Restaurant Group is an integral role designed for individuals who are not only efficient and quick but also friendly, approachable, and dedicated team players. Bussers play a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness, assisting servers, and managing dining room needs efficiently. This job demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask gracefully, and a positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is able to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds. They are expected to greet guests warmly, maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, and demonstrate all steps of service with genuine hospitality and professionalism. This full-time or part-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $20, inclusive of tips, along with flexible scheduling to accommodate various lifestyles.
