The Concierge position at Planned Companies offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional hospitality and operational support during weekend shifts from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. This role commands a pay rate of $24 per hour and is integral in acting as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the building — including tenants, guests, and service vendors. The Concierge serves as both the face and voice of Planned Companies’ lifestyle services, tasked with providing warm greetings, professional assistance, and effective communication. In this role, you will not only be responsible for basic front desk operations but will also cultivate personalized relationships with tenants by understanding their unique preferences and requirements. This personalized approach enables you to facilitate reservations, arrange appointments, and coordinate entertainment options to fit their specific lifestyles. Key responsibilities include scheduling events and meetings, organizing on-site activities, and offering valuable insight into local offerings such as entertainment venues, restaurants, retail outlets, sporting events, and transportation services. Additionally, the Concierge will oversee important administrative duties such as managing mail, deliveries, and vendor access securely and accurately. Monitoring the lobby area, answering telephones, and controlling access cards and keys are critical components of the position, requiring a high level of attentiveness, professionalism, and multitasking ability. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
