As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and hospital guests. Acting as an ambassador of Sodexo's customer service excellence, you will contribute significantly to the overall patient experience. The position primarily involves duties such as communicating effectively with patients, staff, and guests to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of patient meal trays and floor stock. You will be instrumental in managing special dietary requests by recording the type and amount of special food required. The role requires delivering meal carts to patient units and aiding in meal set-up at the bedside, directly engaging with patients to enhance their comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the Healthcare Host/Hostess will be responsible for discarding soiled trays and maintaining nourishment areas, taking inventory, and restocking supplies when necessary. You will also need to operate technical equipment related to the meal delivery process proficiently.
