The role of Executive Chef at Delta Dental Stadium is a pivotal leadership position within the New Hampshire Fisher Cats organization. This role involves overseeing the entire culinary operation within the stadium, including food service for fans, suite guests, and special events such as catered parties and player and staff meals. The Executive Chef will lead a diverse culinary team, ensuring high standards are met in food preparation, presentation, and safety. They will be responsible for training and scheduling staff, developing specialized menus tailored to various game-day and event needs, and managing inventory counts, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial objectives. Working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and the General Manager, the Executive Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring the stadium’s food service operations are both financially and operationally successful. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple facets of culinary operations within an entertainment venue. The Executive Chef must possess excellent leadership skills to motivate and maintain a positive kitchen environment, strong organizational skills to handle training and scheduling effectively, and a keen eye for quality and presentation to constantly deliver outstanding food experiences. They will also ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations in compliance with New Hampshire Health Department standards, maintain equipment cleanliness, and implement best practices for food safety and sanitation. The Executive Chef should be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, timed with the stadium’s event schedule. Experience working in a stadium or entertainment venue is preferred but not required.   • Must have 3+ years of culinary management experience
  • Experience in high volume food production
  • Serve Safe certified (required once hired)

  • Ability to work long hours at night, on weekends and holidays
  • Culinary or hospitality experience in a stadium or entertainment venue preferred
