Join our dynamic hospitality team as the Head Bar Back, a pivotal role within our bustling food and beverage department. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour, perfect for professionals seeking a leadership role in the bar and beverage service industry. As the Head Bar Back, you will lead and manage key projects within the department to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service quality. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the deep cleaning schedules of the bar areas to maintain high hygiene standards, as well as efficiently stocking and managing inventory such as liquor, beer, garnishes, and various beverage supplies. Your leadership will be crucial in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a positive, collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and high performance. You will also ensure accurate setup and breakdown of banquet and concert events, supporting bartenders and staff to deliver superior guest service while adhering strictly to health and safety regulations, including TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification requirements. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-volume settings. Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor are essential as you will interact regularly with guests, coworkers, and management.
