Working primarily during night shifts from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am, including weekends and holidays, the role demands a flexible schedule to meet operational needs. As part of a dedicated team, the sanitation hero will be responsible for deep cleaning kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and stove tops, maintaining floors—including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing back-of-house areas—and ensuring specialized cleaning of floor mats and floor drains is executed with precision.
