The Security Officer Front Desk Concierge position in Los Angeles, CA, is designed for individuals who are eager to serve and safeguard clients in commercial real estate and other industries. This full-time role is structured to blend exceptional customer service with essential security operations, making it a pivotal position within the company's security team. The officer will act as the first point of contact for guests and tenants, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at various commercial properties. Responsibilities include monitoring access points, managing visitor badges, assisting with alarm panel operations, and maintaining detailed records of daily security activities. The role also demands excellent communication skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and the proficiency to operate security systems and equipment. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a flexible schedule that includes daytime shifts and overnight responsibilities from Wednesday through Sunday. Working hours are specifically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience is preferred
• A valid security guard card or license is preferred
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred
• Familiarity with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
