Hattie B's is currently expanding rapidly, prompting the need to hire passionate, experienced leaders for the roles of Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) at locations in Lower Broadway and Midtown/19th districts. This opportunity is ideal for dynamic and motivated individuals with at least three years of high-volume restaurant management experience who are eager to lead teams in a vibrant and fast-paced setting. As part of the leadership team, the ideal candidate will help drive daily operations by inspiring and coaching staff, fostering a positive and efficient work culture, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Working 45-55 hours weekly, managers will share responsibilities across shifts, including open, mid, and closing duties.
