The Palencia Club, located in St. Augustine, Florida, is a prestigious private golf and country club renowned for its championship-grade 18-hole golf course designed by the acclaimed Arthur Hills. Established in 2002, the golf course spans 7,071 yards and gracefully navigates through centuries-old maritime oak trees alongside the Intracoastal Waterway and the Tolomato River. The Palencia Club has been recognized as an Audubon Sanctuary, emphasizing its commitment to preserving the natural beauty, pristine landscapes, and breathtaking views that seamlessly integrate with the vibrant Palencia community. This renowned establishment is currently seeking dependable Dishwashers to join its Food and Beverage (F&B) team. These positions are part-time with flexible scheduling options and pay $16 per hour, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for rewarding, team-oriented work in a supportive environment. Dishwashers at The Palencia Club are essential contributors to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in the kitchen. They are responsible for ensuring that all dishes and cookware are immaculately cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use by the culinary and service teams. This role requires diligence and attention to detail as it involves the preparation, washing, drying, and organizing of dishware, silverware, and glassware. 
In addition to dishwashing duties, employees in this role also manage the collection and disposal of kitchen and dining area waste, maintain cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and kitchen floors, and assist in preserving the overall tidiness of the working environment. The role also involves checking and maintaining dishwashing machinery, ensuring the proper supply of soaps and detergents, and scrubbing heavily soiled items as necessary. Dishwashers report directly to the Chef and work closely with the entire kitchen team to support timely and efficient meal service.
