Coterie is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals for a full-time Server position, offering an hourly wage ranging from $23.75 to $28.50 depending on experience and prior work history. The role is vital to delivering the unparalleled dining experience that Coterie residents have come to expect. Servers are the face of the dining experience and play a crucial role in engaging with residents and guests to ensure satisfaction at every meal. Key responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals and drinks according to service standards, maintaining the dining area’s appearance, handling payments, and supporting special events and themed meals. • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour
• two to three years of experience as a server, fine dining experience preferred
• food handling certificate where applicable
• certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable
• basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• strong communication and teamwork skills
• strong organization and time management skills
• able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees
