The role of Guest Services Supervisor is a critical leadership position within the Guest Services department, focusing on overseeing the operations of ushers, ticket takers, and guest services representatives. This position reports directly to the Director of Events or Event Services Coordinator and plays a vital role in ensuring that all guests receive outstanding customer service from a well-organized and motivated team. The Guest Services Supervisor coordinates staff assignments, manages break schedules compliant with labor laws, and ensures all incidents are accurately documented. They also act as the first point of contact for resolving guest-related issues, from handling injuries and illnesses to addressing behavioral concerns. The ideal candidate for this hourly, non-exempt position at a pay rate of $21.27 per hour is someone with strong leadership skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment. This role requires flexibility, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical stamina to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods during shifts. - High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or customer service
