The primary responsibility of a Guest Experience Host is to embody the spirit of Nashville SC through exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until the game concludes. This role requires a proactive, friendly, and professional individual who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be tasked with assisting guests and staff at all entry points of the stadium. Your role encompasses securing access points to prevent unauthorized entry, guiding fans throughout the facility, and communicating the stadium’s policies clearly and courteously. Answering inquiries related to wayfinding and mobile ticketing support is crucial to helping fans enjoy a seamless experience. A strong understanding of the stadium's layout and operational procedures is essential to provide accurate information and assistance. Moreover, you will manage guest concerns calmly and respectfully, escalating issues when necessary to ensure safety and satisfaction. Supporting the stadium’s setup procedures, including equipment delivery and operational checks, will also form part of your duties. The position offers an opportunity for supervisory roles, allowing motivated individuals to advance within the team. This part-time role demands availability for 6 to 8-hour shifts, approximately 15 to 20 times annually, coinciding with matchdays and special events. Training sessions, both virtual and in-person, are mandatory prior to employment to equip you with all the necessary knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate is someone who delights in warm, respectful interaction and enjoys working collaboratively within a team. Physical stamina is required as the role involves standing, walking, and navigating stairs throughout events.
