As a part-time Guest Experience Host for the café, you will be joining a passionate team known as Team Merlin, who share a love for fun, creativity, and outstanding guest service. This role focuses on delivering the highest standards of guest service within a themed café setting located inside the attraction. The Guest Experience Host is responsible for serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a delightful and safe experience during their visit. This position emphasizes interaction with families and visitors, creating smiles and laughter while fostering a welcoming and magical atmosphere. It offers opportunities for growth and cross-training, including prospects to assist in retail operations within the attraction. • high school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year experience in relevant food service or customer service roles
• ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach repetitively or for extended periods
• excellent communication skills
• capable of working in loud and confined spaces
