The role of Group Housing Manager at Hotel Van Zandt is critical to ensuring seamless coordination and management of group and corporate travel reservations, which directly supports the hotel's operational success.                 - 4-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience
 - Previous sales, hospitality, or analysis experience preferred
 - Ability to type minimum of 60 wpm
 - Proficient in microsoft word, excel, publisher, and powerpoint
 - Strong alphabetizing, grammar, and punctuation skills
 - Knowledge of standard business letter formats
 - Strong editing skills
 - Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
 - Ability to respond to telephone inquiries and handle clients and associates
 - Ability to use a computer, file, check diary
 - Excellent speech communication skills
 - Excellent comprehension and literacy to read contracts, letters, and prepare contracts and proposals
 - Ability to bend and kneel repeatedly
 - Mobility to reach all hotel areas to assist clients
