The Groundskeeper is responsible for a wide variety of tasks aimed at preserving the upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure residents enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining building exteriors and breezeways by removing trash and cobwebs, sweeping or blowing away debris, and replacing light bulbs in common areas to maintain proper lighting. Monthly property walkthroughs and pressure washing are also critical duties to uphold a fresh and inviting environment. Beyond routine cleaning, the Groundskeeper prepares units to be market-ready, clean all common areas, model units, and amenities, and keeps the compactor area free from debris to support a hygienic community living experience.
