We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging between $20.00 and $23.00 and provides a rare opportunity to take on a vital managerial position within a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant setting. As Kitchen Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing food production and back-of-house operations, working closely with Golden Corral’s well-established products, recipes, and procedures. Your responsibility will focus on maintaining the highest standards of food quality, production efficiency, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.
In addition to managing the kitchen, you will be a core member of the restaurant’s operational management team, taking full charge of overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager. Your role will require you to be hands-on in supervising labor, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining optimal operational flow.
