The Little Grand is a distinctive local food hall and bar located in the heart of the Grandview Crossing development, operated by Thrive Companies, a business renowned for cultivating meaningful relationships and authentic experiences. The Little Grand Market spans approximately 22,000 square feet, hosting an eclectic mix of culinary offerings from 10 local chef partners. The venue provides an inviting indoor and outdoor bar area, welcoming guests from the public as well as residents of the surrounding community to dine, socialize, and enjoy a warm and vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Guest Experience Associate - General Utility to join The Little Grand team. This role is essential in supporting the overall guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and assisting both staff and guests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit. The Guest Experience Associate will work closely with Chef Partners and the Bartender, providing the backbone support necessary to uphold the establishment's high standards of service from the moment guests arrive until they leave with lasting positive impressions. This position offers a salary of $20.00 per hour with options for full-time and part-time schedules, reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager and Assistant Guest Experience Manager. The Guest Experience Associate's responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, clearing and prepping tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The role demands a proactive attitude, a sense of teamwork, and a dedication to ensuring that all five senses of the guests are satisfied through excellent aromas, clean environments, tasty drinks, great music, and an overall vibrant atmosphere. This position is not only about maintaining operational efficiency but also about being an empowered and engaging team member who contributes positively to the team culture and guest relations. The successful candidate will have open availability, reliable transportation, and the stamina needed to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and managing a busy, dynamic work environment.
