As a General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing every aspect of the center's operations, from entertainment and guest services to food and beverage sales, property management, and team development. You will be tasked with generating and monitoring revenue, developing operational budgets, and controlling labor costs to meet your center’s financial goals. Additionally, floor management will be a key focus, where you organize scheduling, plan daily activities, and communicate effectively with your staff. Training and coaching your team members in guest service, food and beverage operations, and loss prevention is also a critical component of your role. As a General Manager, you will supervise direct reports such as Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers to build a strong leadership team. Weekly and monthly performance reviews are fundamental to managing profit and loss statements and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. You will foster a culture where morale is high, addressing any HR or loss prevention issues swiftly. With the guest experience as your top priority, maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving complaints appropriately will ensure exceptional service standards are met consistently.
