The role of General Manager at Peachtree Hospitality is pivotal in fostering an environment that prioritizes empathy, effective communication, humility, and innovation, all while maintaining a strong financial focus to oversee comprehensive hotel operations. As a General Manager, you will steer the synergy among various departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience that aligns with Peachtree's renowned service culture. - Current or prior hotel general manager experience or 3 plus years hotel rooms, operations or sales leadership experience within major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt
- ability to defuse distressed associates and guests resulting in the best outcome to the situation
- ability to learn systems technology
- displays a magnitude of professionalism
- excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- hospitality certifications such as CHA, CHRM, CHSP are a plus
