The Restaurant Manager role at QDOBA is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a single restaurant location. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $58,656 to $66,563, inclusive of local jurisdictional minimum wages specific to Colorado locations. Starting pay will vary depending on the location and position at which the candidate is hired. The Restaurant Manager is expected to train, develop, and evaluate employees to build a motivated team that consistently meets sales goals and operational standards. They also handle the new hire lifecycle, including recruitment, interviewing, training, and ongoing coaching, with a focus on employee retention and growth.
