This role is that of a Housekeeping Associate responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas at the hotel to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The position demands efficient, courteous, and professional guest service delivery, adhering to the Company's established guidelines and procedures. Employees in this role will handle the cleaning and sanitization of guestrooms, public spaces, and various supplies, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests. The Housekeeping Associate must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, stretching, crawling, kneeling, as well as the sensory capacity to see and hear effectively. Communication skills, preferably in English with additional languages being an advantage, are essential for successfully interacting with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage assigned duties while remaining a collaborative team member.
