CAVA is looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead their restaurant operations. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards and positive atmosphere that CAVA is known for while driving the day-to-day success of the restaurant. As a General Manager, you will oversee all operational facets, including managing team members, inventory, labor, staffing, and customer experience. You will be expected to provide strong leadership and motivation that ensures every team member remains focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting one another as a cohesive team.
This leadership position requires the ability to develop yourself and others continually, taking accountability for the restaurant's overall success like it is your own business. You will prioritize customer service by leading your team in coaching, training, regular operational planning, and taking corrective action when necessary. An essential part of your duties will be creating loyal CAVA fans by encouraging your teams to always find ways to say "yes" to guest requests and foster a warm, welcoming environment.
Your leadership will also extend to fostering collaboration and teamwork, adapting to change flexibly, and solving operational challenges innovatively. The role demands a hands-on approach every shift, taking pride in ownership and commitment toward results. Additionally, you will assist with any additional duties as needed to contribute to the restaurant’s overall goals and continued growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
