Sodexo is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Services General Manager for potential growth within the Southeast region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service through effective communication across all organizational levels. The successful candidate will oversee multiple service areas, ensuring quality, compliance, and financial targets are met consistently. This role requires profound knowledge in financial management, client relationship development, training, and operational oversight.
As a Multi-Services General Manager at Sodexo, you will be entrusted with daily operational management and coordination of food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management. You will lead subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to achieve company and client financial goals. The role necessitates strategic planning capabilities and a stewardship mindset to maintain regulatory and safety compliance, particularly focusing on HACCP standards.
