This leadership position is responsible for maximizing the financial performance of the hotel while simultaneously ensuring the delivery of the highest quality guest services and products. The role involves overseeing a broad range of hotel operations from sales and marketing strategies to managing guest satisfaction and maintaining positive relations with ownership and local community stakeholders. As General Manager, you will spearhead efforts to optimize occupancy rates and average room rates by developing, implementing, and monitoring effective sales and marketing plans. Collaborating closely with the hotel’s ownership group, you will strategize and execute growth projects aligned with business objectives. Guest satisfaction remains a core focus; you will coordinate and assist in resolving guest concerns and ensure the overall success of the property. • 2 to 4 years of upper-level management experience in hospitality
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to encourage, lead and manage a team by example
• High level of creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and externally
• Ability to convert vision into specific and tangible actions to benefit the property
