The role of General Manager at an InTown Suites property is pivotal to maintaining the high standards for which the company is known. As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring it is well maintained, financially successful, and staffed by a competent, motivated team. This position entails managing all aspects of the property's functioning, including guest services, employee recruitment and training, financial management, and maintenance oversight.
