Hershey Inn & Suites is the newest hotel addition to The Official Resorts of Hersheypark, set to open in Spring 2026. Located just minutes from Hersheypark, this modern hotel will feature 130 rooms, including 7 suites, offering a delightful and comfortable stay for guests. The hotel will provide numerous amenities such as a complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor pool, an arcade, and a fitness center, making it an attractive destination for families and travelers visiting the region. Hershey Inn & Suites is designed to complement the excitement and family-friendly atmosphere of Hersheypark, promising guests an enjoyable and convenient lodging experience close to the popular theme park. The General Manager position at Hershey Inn & Suites offers a full-time opportunity to lead a dynamic team in this exciting new venture. This role is crucial in ensuring the hotel's overall operation, performance, and profitability, while maintaining high standards of guest service and engagement. The General Manager will oversee all departments including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services, orchestrating a seamless operation from check-in to check-out. This leadership role requires developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction. Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and brand standards, are fundamental responsibilities. Financial oversight is a key aspect, with duties including reviewing daily and weekly financial reports, managing budgets, and directing capital and operational projects to keep the hotel running efficiently and profitably. Additionally, the General Manager is expected to foster a positive work environment by managing staff effectively, providing guidance, and ensuring employee performance aligns with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts standards. The role also involves actively addressing guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining high levels of customer care and service excellence.   • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Must obtain Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Certification post-employment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management
