We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations in the kitchen, including planning, staffing, and internal procedures. This position also involves assisting in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen team members, as well as playing an integral role in menu development. • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in hotel or resort setting
